ILIA Humble Me Lipstick Review

I have been on the search for a natural nude lipstick. It is often difficult to find the perfect true nude lipstick for various skintones without it being chalky or dark. One of my favorite nude lipsticks was MAC Peachstock and I really wanted to find a more natural alternative to that shade. I picked up ILIA's lipstick in Humble Me and it really reminded me of my old favorite.

ILIA's Humble Me is a matte true nude lipstick, the coverage is semi-opaque but is can build to be fully opaque. When compared with MAC Peachstock, ILIA's Humble Me is slightly warmer. The two are virtually identical when worn on lips.

RMS Beauty Review and Swatches

My skin color has gotten extremly tan  this summer. Year-round I normally have a MAC NC40 skintone but after my vacation to Miami, I had to change my foundation 3 times! My normal skintone is sadly usually the last shade they offer in many natural/organic companies. I cannot wear my NVEY ECO Foundation in Warm Honey since it's that darkest shade they carry :( However I am glad that RMS has an "un" cover up in a shade that matches me.

Quinoa Stuffed Acorn Squash

This was my first time ever trying acorn squash and it turned out amazing. Acorn squash is a type of winter squash that gets the name due to looking similar to an acorn. The taste is very mild and can easily pair with many dishes. Acorn squash is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. The recipe I followed was from a youtube video I saw on the channel mahalodotcom. They had a Superfoods series with great information and recipes about Superfoods. I have tried three of their recipes and absolutely love them. I love the simplicity, nutrition, time and effort it takes to put together their recipes. I haven't seen updates from them in a while but I truly hope they will make a come back. Here is the recipe:
